Nestled in the pristine hills of the Tuscan Maremma, our estate extends over approximately 75 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, woods, pastures for horses and arable fields. A lake shaded by centuries-old oaks hosts a lively colony of geese, seagulls and migratory birds, such as the colourful Bee-eaters that choose this place to nest between April and August.
From the passion for horses and the love for a land gently shaped by man, an agricultural project inspired by balance and respect for the landscape is born. We cultivate not only to produce, but to protect: our soils are a wealth to be passed down.

We grow native and international varieties: Sangiovese, Pugnitello, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Carignano for our red wines, together with Vermentino, Viogner for white wines, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for our classic method sparkling wines. Our olive groves, managed according to non-intensive methods, host Tuscan cultivars such as Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, from which we obtain an intense and slightly spicy Tuscan IGP oil.
Passo Indietro Red originates in the Vigna Primo Passo, on a gentle slope where our Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapevines find a perfect balance between elegance and power. Grapes are hand-picked between late September and October, selecting only the best bunches. Whole-barrel fermentation and extended maceration on the skins (20–30 days) give the wine a rich and complex texture. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs in French-oak barrique, followed by aging for 12–15 months in second-step barriques and another 12 months in bottle. The result is a deep red wine with intense aromas of dark fruits, spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is strong yet harmonious, with velvety tannins and a long, persistent final taste.

Passo Indietro Bianco
Passo Indietro White is made with Vermentino and Viognier grapes grown in Vigna del Giunco at 70 meters above sea level, where the sandy soil that rests on marine stone gives freshness and minerality to the wine. The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately processed, enhancing the aromas and structure. The malolactic fermentation is intentionally not carried out, preserving the wine’s natural liveliness. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle, it presents an elegant bouquet of white-pulp fruit and light floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, with a clean and persistent final taste.
Nature Metodo Classico
Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Vigna del Migratore, this sparkling wine is the result of careful winemaking, starting with gentle pressing of whole bunch and controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness and finesse. After the second fermentation in bottle, the wine rests on the yeast for 48 months, developing unique complexity and a delicate effervescence. The result is an elegant Metodo Classico, with subtle notes of white fruit, yeast, and a pleasant minerality. Perfect for any occasion, best served between 8 and 10°C, ideal as an aperitif or with cruditès, seafood dishes, or white meats.
Olio Eliva
Our organic olive oil captures the purity and tradition of Tuscany. It is made with the olives of our estate through cold extraction. The olives are hand-picked and transported in small ventilated box to the mill by mid-October, preserving all the biological properties of the oil. Characterized by a deep green color, this oil offers a fruity aroma with notes of artichoke and tomato leaf, and a slight spiciness that unfolds on the palate. Its persistent aftertaste of artichoke and asparagus makes it ideal for delicate dishes, but also for enhancing more robust preparations. Perfect on bruschetta, grilled fish and meat, or as the finishing touch on soups and pasta dishes.
